Principle:
Projected Structured Light is a light source specially designed for rough surface bump detection, available in a wide range of different colours, and the projected area can be easily adjusted by changing to different 2/3’ lenses.
By projecting a fixed pattern onto the product, the projected structured light can be used to detect defects, deformations on curved surfaces and 3D contours by detecting the deformation of the pattern.
The raster sheet can provide customised patterns for customers on request, patterns marked with precise geometrical information must be submitted
Provides finer lines, sharper edges and more uniform illumination with a pattern accuracy of 3um or more.
The projection area has the same aspect ratio as the pattern, the size of the projection area depends on the optical magnification of the selected projection lens, and the projection accuracy depends on both the pattern processing accuracy and the lens distortion.
