Principle:
This is a multi-image reflective module combined with a light source, which is a combined light source that produces multiple images through light path reflection. The light path can be designed according to the characteristics and size of the sample, avoiding the tediousness of single-station multiple inspections or multi-station inspections, which not only improves the inspection efficiency and accuracy, but also saves manpower and material resources. The purpose is to reduce the camera light source configuration, to achieve good results.
