The corner coaxial light source is a special type of illumination, suitable for inspection or imaging under special conditions. It features a coaxial light source that illuminates the object horizontally and diffuses light uniformly in the vertical direction through the camera to achieve imaging. This approach allows for a more uniform imaging environment and saves installation space. At the same time, special coated optical beamsplitters can avoid ghosting and further improve the imaging quality. Due to the high brightness and good uniformity, the corner coaxial light source has certain advantages in some of the higher requirements for imaging quality.
