Coaxial Light Source
The high density LED array emits a high intensity uniform light, which is transmitted through a specially coated semi-lens surface so that the reflected light on the workpiece and the CCD camera are on the same axis and re-imaging of the captured image can be eliminated. This series of light sources has a very uniform light distribution and is suitable for scratch detection past smooth workpiece surfaces.
