Coaxial Light Source Product Overview
High density LED arrays emit high intensity uniform light, which is transmitted through a specially coated semi-lens surface so that the reflected light on the workpiece and the CCD camera are on the same axis and re-imaging of the captured image is eliminated. This series of light sources has a very uniform light distribution and is suitable for scratch detection past smooth workpiece surfaces.
